Construction is anticipated to start this coming spring.  In preparation for the start of construction, manholes along the project area will be visited to take field measurements in preparation of rehabilitating the pipeline. 

• When:  Starting February and lasting several weeks to visit locations along the entire project area
• Work Hours:  8 a.m. – 5 p.m., Monday – Friday

Project Description:

This future project will rehabilitate approximately 4 miles of the regional sewer pipeline that runs along the I-405 freeway in the City of Costa Mesa.

Project elements include the rehabilitation of gravity sewer pipelines using the cured-in-place pipe method, manhole structure rehabilitation, and manhole access improvements. The project also includes the rehabilitation of four sewer pipelines that cross the I-405 freeway.

Construction Schedule: 

Starting spring 2024 and lasting approximately 1.5 years.
