Project Description:
This project will make improvements to two parallel sewer lines and associated manholes along a two-mile stretch of Seal Beach Blvd/Los Alamitos Blvd. from just north of the I-405 freeway to Katella Avenue in the cities of Seal Beach and Los Alamitos. Also being repaired are the sewer and manholes on Katella Avenue from Oak Street to Lexington Drive, and Oak Street and Lexington Drive.

Project Background:
This project is part of the Western Regional Sewer Program that is replacing and/or rehabilitating over 20 miles of sewer in six cities and unincorporated area of the County of Orange known as Rossmoor. This project is part of the Orange-Western Trunk Sewer Project which is slated to begin construction in early 2022 in the cities of Cypress, Buena Park, and Anaheim.
