OC San is saddened to learn of the passing of former OC San Board Member Allan Bernstein from the City of Tustin.
Mr. Bernstein was part of the OC San Board from 2013 to 2020, he served in the Operations Committee and was Vice Chairman of the Legislative and Public Affairs Committee.
He was a proud to represent his community and be part of our Board. Our deepest condolences to his family, friends, and the Tustin community.
