OC San is proud to receive the Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting for its Annual Comprehensive Report for the fiscal year, which ended June 30, 2024. This award from the Government Finance Officers Association is the highest form of recognition in the area of governmental accounting and financial reporting.

This is the 31st consecutive year OC San has been honored with this award, recognizing OC San’s commitment to financial transparency and accountability. To receive the award, the Annual Comprehensive Report met the high standards of the program, which includes demonstrating a constructive “spirit of full disclosure” to clearly communicate its financial story and motivate potential users and user groups to read the report.
