At OC San, safety is more than a core value—it’s a shared responsibility. Last week, we partnered with the Orange County Fire Authority (OCFA) to host confined space rescue training at our Plant No. 1 facility in Fountain Valley.
First responders from local fire agencies, including OCFA, Fountain Valley, and Huntington Beach participated in hands-on drills in the tunnels near our critical infrastructure. With approximately 90 participants each day, these exercises were designed to help emergency crews navigate complex environments like ours and prepare for real-life rescue scenarios.
Training alongside our infrastructure not only strengthens regional emergency response capabilities—it reinforces the vital connection between OC San and the safety of our communities.
We’re proud to support those who protect and serve. Stay connected with us on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram (@ocsandistrict) for exclusive behind-the-scenes moments from the training.
