We are pleased to announce that Don Cutler has been selected as the new Design Manager in Engineering. Don brings 33 years of invaluable experience in the water and wastewater industry.

Don’s impressive career includes seven years at OC San, where he served as an Engineering Supervisor in both the Project Management Office and Design Divisions. Most recently Don was the Engineering Services Manager at Encina Wastewater Authority, where he oversaw asset management, CIP development, project management, and design execution.

In his new role at OC San Don will oversee Design and Project Controls Integration. Don’s leadership and expertise will be a tremendous asset to the continued success of OC San.
