Amid a year of challenges and uncertainties, OCSD demonstrated its resilience by continuing to carry out its mission of protecting public health and the environment. OCSD’s 2019/2020 Annual Report brings to light how we are Building on the Past and Planning for the Future. We’re on track with our  commitments to our rate payers and communities, including protecting beaches and coastal waters, recovering valuable water and organic resources, generating electricity, implementing advanced technologies, and practicing sound financial management.
