Sewer construction is moving along on the Orange Western Trunk Sewer Project with the next phase of work set to begin in the cities of Buena Park and Anaheim. Crews will be performing manhole rehabilitation and pipe replacement work. This work is essential to enhance the condition of the regional sewer infrastructure.

Manhole rehabilitation work will take place on the northbound lane of Western Ave. from Crescent Ave. to Filmore Dr. heading south. Work at each manhole location should only take 1-2 days to complete.

• Where: Western Ave. between Crescent Ave. to Filmore Dr.
• When: Starting week of November 28 and lasting approximately 2 weeks*
• Work Hours: Monday – Friday, 7 a.m. – 7 p.m. 
• Impacts: Lane closures and potential turn restrictions
