Pre-Construction Survey Notice
As construction on this projects progresses into the City of Westminster, Teichert Energy and Utilities Group, Inc., (Teichert) the general contractor, will be doing pre-construction surveys of properties bordering Westminster Blvd. The purpose of the survey is to document the current condition of the property walls along Westminster Blvd. prior to any work occurring.
Teichert is utilizing the services of Morgner Construction Management to conduct the pre-construction surveys. The survey is voluntary but highly recommended. Email ConstructionHotline@ocsd.com if you have any questions. You can also leave a voice message on the Construction Hotline at (714) 378-2965 for a call back.
