Project Description:

This future project will rehabilitate two parallel regional sewer pipelines along a 1-mile stretch on Airway Avenue and Airport Loop Drive in the City of Costa Mesa, near the John Wayne Airport.

Project elements also include improvements at the Main Street Pump Station.  See map below (blue line).

Upcoming Work:

Work will be starting soon.  The work will include excavation in the roadway.  To make room for construction areas, the travel lanes will be reconfigured restricting street parking.

Construction Work Hours:  7 a.m. – 4 p.m., Monday – Friday*

*All dates and times are subject to change due to operational factors or inclement weather.

Construction Schedule: 

Starting soon in November 2023 and lasting approximately 2 years.

*Includes construction of the Costa Mesa Sewer Rehabilitation along I-405 Project.
