OC San Board of Directors has officially adopted the 2023 Strategic Plan. The comprehensive plan sets policy for the agency and captures OC San’s goals and corresponding initiatives for the next two years. The plan creates and maintains vision alignment among the Board of Directors, staff, and the public we serve. This strategic management system is designed to carry on over the course of transitioning Board Members and staff to deliver resilient daily services and adapt our facilities and systems over time to meet new challenges facing Orange County.
