Summer FOG is Really a Thing

Home >> News >> Summer FOG is Really a Thing

Whether it be inside, or outside family meals can create fats, oils, and grease (FOG) that need to be disposed of properly. FOG should NEVER be put down the drain. Instead collect it, put it in a closed jar, let it cool, and throw away it in the trash. This will prevent your sink drain from getting clogged and also prevent FOG buildup throughout OC San’s sewer system. To learn more about FOG visit the OC San Fats, Oils & Grease Program page.
