OCSD makes safety one of our top priorities. We want to make sure that our team and community are safe at all times. This is why we have Core Values that support our Mission and Vision by expressing the values, beliefs, and philosophy that guides our daily actions. They help form the framework of our organization and reinforce our professional work ethic.

Our staff is hard at work 24/7 ensuring that our wastewater treatment plants are running smoothly for the community we serve. They would love to go out and talk about all the great work that goes on at OCSD, but sometimes that just isn’t possible. Seeing as how things are a bit different right now, and safety is even more important now more than ever, we want our Wastewater Warriors, Wally and Wanda, to show that.

That is why we have the perfect, safe, and fun family activity for you. Download our Wastewater Warriors coloring pages, add a face mask, and submit it to forinformation@ocsd.com so our staff can see your creative creations! We may even share your art piece online. Make sure you decorate the face mask and our wastewater warriors with any and all the colors that you have.
