Future Work

LOCATION: Pacific Arts Plaza on Park Center Dr. to the Brookview Community

What: Sewer line rehabilitation work crossing under the 405 freeway

When:  Anticipated to occur early 2025, approximately 2 weeks

What to Expect:

• A temporary sewer bypass system will be installed. It will be removed when the work is completed.
• Above ground temporary piping installed along the work area.
  • Brookview Community – This will limit access to the grass area.
• Bypass pumps will be set up and used only when the sewer bypass system is turned on.
• Increased noise due to construction activity.
• Some odors may be noticeable in the immediate area but are temporary

LOCATION: Bear St. from South Coast Plaza to The Palazzo by Khoshbin

Driveway improvements and installation of a new gate near Lassen Lane within the Brookview Community
