Los Alamitos Trunk Sewer Project banner

With the holidays behind us, construction work will resume on Seal Beach Blvd. in Seal Beach.  There are several manholes on southbound Seal Beach Blvd. between Lampson Avenue and Rossmoor Center Drive that need to be replaced. We will begin with two manholes between Rossmoor Center Way and Town Center drive and then move further south to replace an additional three manholes (as shown on map). To safely and successfully complete this phase of work, each manhole will take approximately 2-3 weeks to complete. The work will be done at night when sewer flows are low. Final street restoration will take place once all work is completed. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we continue to improve Orange County’s infrastructure.
